近日，圆和医疗与黄浦区香山中医医院正式签署战略合作协议。圆和医疗董事长兼CEO白桦、圆和医疗副总裁Anna Liu、圆和医疗首席运营官徐云程、圆和医疗院长兼医务主任魏莹等高管团队，与香山中医医院党总支书记柴丽萍、院长叶波、副院长张文婷、外科顾问沈德海专家等医护领导团队共同出席签约仪式。
Recently, Circle Harmony and Xiangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Huangpu District (Xiangshan TCM Hospital) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony was attended by a team of senior executives of Circle Harmony, including Bai Hua, Chairman and CEO of Circle Harmony; Anna Liu, Vice President of Circle Harmony; Xu Yuncheng, Chief Operating Officer of Circle Harmony; Wei Ying, President and Director of Medical Affairs of Circle Harmony, along with the medical leadership team of Xiangshan TCM Hospital, including Chai Liping, Secretary of the Party Committee; Ye Bo, President of Xiangshan TCM Hospital; Zhang Wenting, Vice President of Xiangshan TCM Hospital; and Shen Dehai, Surgical Consultant.

此次合作双方以肛肠专科共建为切入点，正式启动深度合作，共同探索中医特色专科与高端医疗服务融合发展新模式。
During this collaborations, the two parties will launch off in-depth cooperation by starting with the joint development of the proctology specialty. Both parties aim to jointly explore a new model for the integrated development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) specialty and high-end medical services.

香山中医医院作为上海首批二级甲等中医医院，自建院四十余年来，始终坚持“承歧黄古道，建特色香山，创中医未来”的理念。医院不仅是上海中医药大学的临床教学基地，更是国家中医药管理局牵头组织的调研重点单位。
Xiangshan TCM Hospital is one of the first 2A TCM hospital in Shanghai. For over forty years since its establishment, the hospital has consistently adhered to the philosophy of "inheriting the ancient path of TCM, building a distinctive Xiangshan hospital, and creating the future of TCM." The hospital is not only a clinical teaching base of Shanghai University of TCM, but also a key research unit organised by the State Administration of TCM.

Both parties will integrate their respective strengths and resources, and through the establishment of expert workstations, combine the technological expertise of public hospitals with the high-quality service environment and clients of Circle Health, to jointly build a regional medical hub for the coordinated development of TCM and Western medicine.
