2026年2月11日上午，上海市第一人民医院（以下简称“市一医院”）与圆和医疗正式签署战略合作协议。签约仪式在市一医院北部院区公济楼隆重举行。
On the morning of February 11, 2026, Shanghai General Hospital (First Hospital) and Circle Harmony officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony was held in the Gongji Building of the Northern Campus of First Hospital.

The two parties formally established a cooperative relationship, focusing on in-depth cooperation in areas such as international medical academic exchange, joint discipline development, joint construction and management of international centers for advantageous disciplines, assisting the First Hospital in promoting its advantageous disciplines internationally and enhancing its international influence, building a high-quality international medical service system, attracting high-end international and domestic clients to the First Hospital for medical treatment, and innovating a systematic clinical pathway for full-life-cycle health management. This marks the beginning of a new era in Sino-British medical cooperation.

As the core partner on the Chinese side, the First Hospital was founded in 1864, has a rich history as one of the oldest comprehensive 3A hospitals in China, and also has achieved remarkable results in the new round of "peak, high-level, and plateau" key discipline construction. Currently, it is focusing on building a new "5+5+3" discipline development pattern, adhering to the principle of "overlapping advantages and differentiated needs," and promoting high-quality integrated development between the northern (Hongkou) and southern (Songjiang) campuses. Its five brand-name clinical medical centers, represented by ophthalmology and urology, and five advantageous clinical medical centers, including cardiovascular, thoracic surgery, and obstetrics and gynecology/pediatrics/reproductive medicine, continue to lead the way. The three specially established research centers for complex diseases, chronic disease prevention and treatment, and anti-aging possess both profound academic foundation and international development potential, and enables both parties to undertake internationally challenging medical services and developing innovative health management.

与会期间，市一医院团队特别邀请圆和医疗团队参观了位于该院公济楼的院史馆，详细向其介绍了市一医院自1864年建院以来的百年发展历程、深厚的医学积淀、国家级重点学科建设成果，以及在眼科、泌尿外科、急诊危重症医学等领域的核心技术优势与临床成就。
During the meeting, the team from the First Hospital invited the Circle Harmony team to visit the hospital history museum located in the Gongji Building of the hospital. They introduced the century-long development history of the First Hospital since its establishment in 1864, its profound medical heritage, the achievements in the construction of national key disciplines, as well as its core technical advantages and clinical achievements in ophthalmology, urology, emergency and critical care medicine and other fields.

让圆和医疗团队更直观、全面地了解了市一医院的综合实力与发展底蕴，进一步深化了双方的相互认知与合作共识。
This allowed Circle Harmony Team to gain a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the First Hospital's overall strength and development foundation, further deepening the mutual understanding and consensus between the two parties.
