2025年11月18日，在国家儿童医学中心、上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心（以下简称“上海儿童医学中心”），一场承载历史与未来的战略合作签约仪式隆重举行。
On November 18, 2025, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony, a ceremony carrying the weight of history and the hopes of future, was solemnly held at the National Children's Medical Center and Shanghai Children's Medical Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (SCMC).

圆和医疗与上海儿童医学中心正式缔结深度战略合作伙伴关系，共同宣告在儿童疑难重症国际转诊、联合远程多学科诊疗（MDT）、海外华人患儿回国就医绿色通道等关键领域展开全方位协作，致力于联合构建引领亚洲的“儿童肿瘤与罕见病国际诊疗中心”。
Circle Harmony and SCMC have officially established an in-depth strategic partnership, jointly announcing comprehensive cooperation in key areas such as international referral of children with complex and critical illnesses, joint remote multidisciplinary team (MDT) diagnosis and treatment, and green channels for overseas Chinese children to return to China for medical treatment. They are committed to jointly building an international diagnosis and treatment center for pediatric oncology and rare diseases that will take a leading position in Asia.

此举不仅是上海儿童医学中心建院二十五载国际合作丰硕底蕴的当代延续，亦是圆和医疗深耕中国市场、战略性布局儿科“高阶服务体系”的重要里程碑，标志着中英两大顶尖医疗资源在上海实现历史性交汇，未来将为全球患儿释放“优质临床医疗”与“前沿科学研究”双轮驱动的强大效能。
This move is not only a contemporary continuation of SCMC’s rich heritage of international cooperation over its 25 years of establishment, but also an important milestone for Circle Harmony in its deep cultivation of the Chinese market and strategic layout of a "high-end service system" for pediatrics. It marks a historic convergence of two top medical resources from China and the UK in Shanghai, providing as the foundation for developing "high-quality clinical medical care" and "cutting-edge scientific research" for children around the world in the future.

签约仪式前，在上海儿童医学中心副院长洪莉的亲自陪同下，圆和医疗董事长兼首席执行官白桦先生率领的核心代表团——包括董事副总经理Anna Liu女士、首席运营官徐云程女士、医疗CMO汤依晨教授、医疗总监魏莹女士以及首席儿科专家岳孟源教授等，一同参观了位于行政楼一楼的上海儿童医学中心院史馆。
Before the ceremony started, accompanied by Hong Li, Vice President of SCMC, a delegation led by Bai Hua, Chairman and CEO of Circle Harmony, visited the Shanghai Children's Medical Center History Museum located on the first floor of the administration building. The delegation consists core members from Circle Harmony, including Anna Liu, Vice President; Xu Yuncheng, Chief Operating Officer; Professor Tang Yichen; Medical CMO; Wei Ying, Medical Director; Professor Yue Mengyuan, Chief Pediatric Expert.

馆内“源起”展厅，以详实的史料生动回溯了上世纪八十年代，世界健康基金会（Project HOPE）与上海市人民政府、上海第二医科大学三方携手，共同缔造中国第一所现代化中外合作儿童专科医院的宏伟篇章。彼时，HOPE基金会不仅在尖端医疗设备捐赠、国际人才交流培养、重大医疗项目引进等方面给予了上海儿童医学中心至关重要的支持，更作为国际交流的桥梁，频繁接待各国政要、学术泰斗与各界友好人士，为初创期的上海儿童医学中心注入了深厚的“国际基因”，奠定了其持续走向世界的基础。
Through exhibiting detailed historical materials, the "Origins" exhibition hall inside the museum vividly recounts the Project HOPE that took place in 1980s, where the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and Shanghai Second Medical University collaboratively created China's first modern Sino-foreign cooperative children's specialty hospital. At that time, the HOPE Foundation provided crucial support to SCMC in areas such as donations of cutting-edge medical equipment, international talent exchange and training, and the introduction of major medical projects. The foundation also served as a bridge for international exchange, frequently receiving dignitaries, academic leaders, and friends from various countries. This instilled a strong "international gene" into the early SCMC, laying the foundation for its continued global expansion.

如今，圆和医疗作为英国Circle Health集团在华唯一医疗机构与上海儿童医学中心再度携手。此次合作，被双方一致视为跨越时空的“HOPE精神”在新时代的升华与演进：从早期的国际友好援助与技术单向输入，全面升级为顶尖医疗力量间的双向赋能与协同创新；合作范畴从硬件设施与技术的支持，深化拓展至医疗制度借鉴、临床标准共建、人才梯队共育等全要素、多维度的深度融合。
Today, Circle Harmony, the only medical institution of the UK's Circle Health Group in China, has once again joined hands with SCMC. This collaboration is regarded by both parties as the sublimation and evolution of the "HOPE spirit" that transcends time and space in the new era: from the early international friendly assistance and one-way technology input into China, it has now evolved into a two-way empowerment for both parties, a collaborative innovation between top medical forces; the scope of cooperation has been deepened and expanded from only hardware facilities and technology support to a comprehensive and multi-dimensional integration of medical system learning, joint construction of clinical standards, and joint cultivation of talent teams.

在签约仪式的致辞中，上海儿童医学中心洪莉副院长深刻阐述了此次合作的深远意义：“自建院伊始，上海儿童医学中心便承载着国家赋予的使命，始终站立在中国儿科事业发展的潮头。今天我们与圆和医疗的携手，绝非简单的技术引入或模式复制，而是一场立足于共同创造、符合国际伦理准则、契合中国患儿特质、并具备全球视野与影响力的‘新疗法、新标准、新路径’的开拓之旅。”
In her speech at the signing ceremony, Hong Li, Vice President of SCMS, profoundly elaborated on the significance of this cooperation: "Since its establishment, SCMC has carried the trust of the nation and the mission of standing at the forefront of the development of pediatrics in China. Today, our collaboration with Circle Harmony is by no means simply an introduction of technology or replication of a model. It is much more than that. It is a pioneering journey of 'new therapies, new standards, and new pathways' based on joint creation, in accordance with international ethical standards, tailored to the characteristics of Chinese children, and possessing a global vision and influence."

圆和医疗董事长兼首席执行官白桦先生对此深表认同，并从全球医疗资源整合的角度补充道：“毋庸置疑，中国儿科在临床实践的规模、病种的复杂性以及技术创新的速度上，已稳居世界前列。上海儿童医学中心在儿童血液肿瘤、复杂先天性心脏病、儿童脑科学及神经疾病等领域所积累的庞大临床数据与丰富诊疗经验，对欧洲的同道而言，具有极高的学术价值和临床借鉴意义。我们的共同目标，是携手打造一个赢得国际广泛认可、代表全球儿科医学未来发展方向的新标杆。”
Mr. Bai, Chairman and CEO of Circle Harmony, expressed his strong agreement towards Hong Li’s statement, and supplemented from the perspective of global medical resource integration: "Undoubtedly, Chinese pediatrics has firmly established itself as one of the world's leading institutions considering the scale of clinical practice, the complexity of diseases treated, and the speed of technological innovation. The vast clinical data and rich experience accumulated by SCMC in the fields of pediatric hematology and oncology, complex congenital heart disease, pediatric neuroscience, and neurological diseases have high academic value and clinical significance for our European colleagues. Our common goal is to work together to create a new benchmark that wins widespread international recognition and guides the future development  of global pediatric medicine."

18时许，签约仪式在双方高层管理与与会嘉宾的亲切合影中圆满落下帷幕。正如洪莉副院长在总结陈词中所强调的：“我们所服务的儿童群体，或许只占总人口的约20%，但他们却承载着我们社会100%的未来与希望。”
At approximately 6 PM, the signing ceremony concluded successfully with a group photo of senior management from both sides and attending guests. As Vice President Hong Li emphasized in her concluding remarks: "The children we serve might only be 20% of the total population, but they carry 100% of the hope and future for our society."
